We're looking for a LAUNCHER DEVELOPER. Needs to be trustworthy and have a lot of free time.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 18 years old
• At least 10 days played on Crogge's Server
• Some Server command Experience - do note that the commands on this server are different from others, so we do not ask that you know them, but that you understand the system.
• Fluent English
• You need to be on line 2 hours per day at a minimum.
• You must have read and understood our player rules.
• Knowledge of a developing language
• Confirmation of a developer school
• Optionally, knowledge of other languages like C#, C++ or Delphi

Forum Moderators
You will need to handle forum spam, flame-wars, archive old threads and keep the forums tidy overall.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years old or older
• Fluency in English
• You must be on line at least 3 times a week, for at least an hour.
• You must have read our player rules
• Basic HTML experience and basic VBullentin experience

WEBMASTER - We need someone to take care of the Server Website, someone who knows a website from A-Z (including, but not limited to fixing broken links and adding new ones, managing the advertisements, cleaning up and optimizing the code, adding tutorials and other Website-related stuff).

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years old or older
• Fluency in English
• You must be on line 2-3 hours per day at a minimum.
• You must have read our player rules to know what you can write on the Site.
• You need to follow the Admins and higher ranked members' directions - questioning is OK, but not refusing or being destructive about it.
• PHP, HTML and CSS Experience
• SQL knowledge would be useful but it's optional.

Server Core DEVELOPER - We need a trustworthy, knowledgeable person, with a lot of free time on their hands. The Core is pretty complicated and closed-source, so you will need to undergo training, even if you understand the system.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years old or older
• Playing experience on Crogge's Server
• Server command Experience
• Fluency in English
• You need to be available for at least 2 hours/day
• Knowledge and understanding of the Server Rules
• C++ .NET knowledge and experience (3 Years min.)
• Confirmation of a developer school
• Knowledge of other languages like C# or Delphi is a plus

GAME MASTER applications: you need to have a lot of free time on your hands, and you need to be willing to spend that time to help the server. You must be able to work in a team - adjust to the guidelines that are given to you, while being able to present your own opinion and through discussion help in taking decisions. Criticism is something constructive, and you need to keep that in mind both when receiving it, and when handing it out yourself.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle community incidents via our game tools (account manager, commands etc..)
• Solve technical incidents or forward them to Team Leaders.
• Mediate cases of harassment, severe insults, and racism
• Follow our forums to stay informed about the community
• Make a weekly report to the Team leader
• Identify recurrent bugs and include them in the weekly report

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years old or older
• Extensive playing experience on Crogge's Server
• Server command Experience
• You need to be able to comprehend our self-written tools such as the account manager.
• Fluency in English
• You need to be on-line regularly
• Knowledge and understanding of the Server Rules
• Extensive knowledge on World of Warcraft
• OPTIONAL: Knowledge of community tools (IRC, forums, etc…)
• OPTIONAL: Knowledge of other languages
